5. Data Retention

हम आपका data केवल उतने समय तक रखते हैं जितना service delivery के लिए जरूरी हो। Service terminate होने के 90 days बाद personal data delete किया जाता है।

1. Nature of Services

RAY SOFTWARE PVT LTD एक IT Services & Digital Marketing Consultancy firm है। हम clients की तरफ से advertising campaigns manage करते हैं। हमारी fees केवल professional service/management charges हैं।

Important: Ad spend (platform budget) client खुद directly Facebook / Google / Meta को pay करता है। यह हमारे charges में included नहीं है।

2. Payment Terms

  • Service charges: ₹4,999 – ₹18,999 per month (package के अनुसार)
  • सभी payments advance में लिए जाते हैं
  • Payment modes: Bank Transfer, UPI, Online Payment
  • GST Invoice 24 working hours में provide की जाएगी
  • Custom packages के लिए separate agreement होगा

3. Service Delivery

  • Payment receive होने के 3 working days में campaign work शुरू होगा
  • Ad creative (images/videos) client provide करेगा या हमारी team बनाएगी
  • Reports agreed frequency पर share होंगी (weekly/monthly)
  • Support hours: Mon–Sat, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

4. Limitations & Disclaimer

  • Campaign results platform policies और algorithms पर depend करते हैं
  • Company specific ROI या result की guarantee नहीं देती — best professional effort दिया जाएगा
  • Company किसी third-party platform (Facebook/Google/Meta) के ban, suspension या policy changes के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है

5. Intellectual Property

हमारी team द्वारा create किए गए creatives का copyright final payment के बाद client को transfer होगा।

6. Governing Law

यह agreement Indian law के अनुसार govern होगा। Disputes के लिए jurisdiction: Jaipur, Rajasthan।

7. Modifications

Company इन terms को update करने का अधिकार रखती है। Changes website पर publish होंगे।

Refund & Cancellation Policy

रिफंड नीति

Company: RAY SOFTWARE PVT LTD  |  Effective Date: 1st January 2024  |  Website: adagency.sbs

1. Service Fee Refund

  • Service शुरू होने से पहले (Campaign Live नहीं हुई): Payment date से 7 working days के अंदर request करने पर 100% refund दिया जाएगा।
  • Service शुरू होने के बाद (Campaign Live हो गई): Campaign go-live होने के बाद service fees refundable नहीं होंगी।
  • Partial Service: अगर service partially deliver हुई है तो case-by-case basis पर review होगा।

2. Ad Spend (Platform Budget)

Ad spend client directly Facebook/Google/Meta को pay करता है। Platform पर spend हुआ amount हमारे control में नहीं है और refundable नहीं है। Platform के अपने refund rules apply होते हैं।

3. Refund Process

  • Refund original payment method (Bank Transfer / UPI) में process होगा
  • Processing time: 7–10 working days
  • Refund request email के through करनी होगी: RAYCOMPANYINFO@GMAIL.COM

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Service cancel करने के लिए minimum 15 days का written notice देना होगा
  • Notice period के दौरान service continue रहेगी
  • Mid-month cancellation पर उस month की fees refundable नहीं होगी
